The Rohde and Schwarz RTB2004 (order # 1333.1005.04) is a four channel, 70 MHz digital oscilloscope with a 10 bit A/D converter and 10.1″ capacitive touch screen. Bandwidth on this item is easily upgraded via software keycode. The RTB2004 also contains a logic probe port – it can be converted into a mixed signal oscilloscope with a software keycode and logic probe.
