The Rohde and Schwarz RTB2K-104 is a four channel, 100 MHz digital oscilloscope in the RTB2000 series. It features a 10 bit A/D converter, 10.1″ capacitive touch screen, as well as upgradeable bandwidth. This scope also contains a logic probe port – it can be converted into a mixed signal oscilloscope with a software keycode and logic probe.
