The Rohde and Schwarz RTB2K-102M is a 100 MHz mixed signal oscilloscope with two analog and sixteen digital channels. It features a 10-bit A/D converter, 10.1″ capacitive touch screen with gesture support, as well as bandwidth which is upgradeable via software keycode. A logic probe is included with this product.
