The R&S RT-ZISO isolated probing system sets new standards for electrical measurements with exceptional accuracy, sensitivity and speed. The innovative tool is vital to the development of next-generation power electronics, particularly those using wide bandgap materials such as SiC and GaN.
The RT-ZISO can tackle the challenge of measuring in high voltage and fast switching environments. The power-over-fiber-optic architecture galvanically isolates the device under test (DUT) for the highest possible common mode rejection ratio (CMRR) at up to 1 GHz. The complete systems compensate thermal drifts and gain errors for the highest possible and uncompromising signal fidelity.
