The Rohde & Schwarz SMSF is used to investigate the transmission quality of FM receivers and demodulators in the VHF broadcasting range of 87 to 108 MHz and the intermediate frequency of 10.7 MHz. In conjunction with the stereo coder MSC of SMSF offers all possibilities for the study of stereo receivers.
