The N1410A is a starter kit for B2985B and B2987B Electrometer/High Resistance Meter and includes N1414A High resistance measurement universal adapter and N1415A Triax to alligator cable. The N1414A helps you setup the cables and makes the cabling setup easier. The N1415A is recommended to measure more than 1 nA current, but you can probably measure less than 1 nA current with appropriately shielding.
