The Keysight Agilent HP 1153A is a 1:1 FET differential probe with 200 MHz bandwidth and 3000:1 CMRR (Common Mode Rejection Ratio) at 1 MHz. The probe has an input resistance of 1 MΩ and low input capacitance of 7 pF to minimize circuit loading. Compatible with the Keysight Agilent HP 54800, 87000, 80000, 9000, and 90000 Series oscilloscopes. This probe is not compatible with Keysight Agilent HP’s 5000, 6000 or 7000 Series oscilloscope.
