The Keithley 2500INT-2-GE is an intergrating sphere with germanium detector. The Model 2500INT is available with a silicon (2500INT-2-Si), germanium (2500INT-2-Ge), or cooled indium gallium arsenide (InGaAs) detector (2500INT-2-IGAC), each calibrated with the sphere. Spheres equipped with cooled indium gallium arsenide detectors include a controller to regulate the detector’s temperature.
