The Fluke PM 6680B gives you no less than 8 totalize modes, including simultaneous up/down counting and totalizing over a preset time. It also gives you a 4 digit 120 MHz peak reading voltmeter plus phase, duty factor, Vmax./Vmin., pulsewidth and rise/fall time. Time interval measurements of up to 1ps average a and 100ps average and 250 ps single shot for PM6680B. Time base options include TCXO, High Stability Oven, Very High Stability Oven , giving time base stability of <5 x 10-11 per month.
