The Phase Lock Synchronizer is designed for use in the source phase lock subsystem of 8410 type automatic network analyzer systems.
Using the 8709B, the 8620C or 8350A solid state sweeper is phase locked to the 8410 Network Analyzer IF frequency (20.278 MHz). This provides a stabilized, synthesizer class RF source with excellent frequency resolution and accuracy.
