The Agilent 86222A RF plug-in provides CW or continous swept frequency coverage from 10 MHz to 2.4 GHz. Power output is calibrated from 0 to +13 dBm in 1 dB increments with ±0.25 dB flatness and excellent linearity over the entire range.
The 86222A features a crystal marker system that provides a comb of markers at 1, 10, or 50 MHz. Markers can be displayed as intensified spots on a CRT or as amplitude dips on the RF output. When the output frequency is coincident with a 50, 10, or 1 MHz comb of the crystal oscillator, a front panel LED lights for independent CW frequency calibration.
