Additional Features:

• The unit has a frequency range of DC to 50 MHz (DC coupled) and 20 Hz to 50 MHz (AC coupled).
• 1 Mohm and 50-ohm inputs, display storage, and blanking for insignificant digits in the display.
• Time base is 10 MHz with stability of <3x10E-07 / month.
• Sensitivity is 0.1 V RMS sine wave and 0.3 V p-p pulse with 8 ns minimum pulse width.
• Attenuator has x10 and x100 positions.
• Display is 7-digit with leading zero suppression.
• Built-in DVM allows setting trigger levels and allows external DC measurements from 1 µV to 1 kV DC.

The Agilent 5326B measures frequency, period, multiple period average, time interval, time interval average, totalize, ratio and voltage.
