4100A Krohn-Hite Precision Function Generator – Refurbished Low-Noise Oscillator

Additional Features:

• Power output is 0.5 watt into 50 ohms with less than 0.02 % distortion
• Frequency is set by digital push-buttons to maintain an accuracy of 0.5%

The Krohn-Hite 4100A maintains ±0.05 dB frequency response while having an amplitude stability of 0.002%. Additional to the sinewave output is a 5 V p-p square wave output with a rise time of 20 nS. External synchronization is also available by inputting a 1.5 V p-p signal.
