This differential probe combines high bandwidth and low loading for superior measurements. The probe can be powered directly from the Keysight Agilent HP 54615A and the Keysight Agilent HP 54616A/C Oscilloscope,used with any oscilloscope with a 50 Ohm input, or the Keysight Agilent HP 1142A Probe Control and Power Module. The Keysight Agilent HP 1141A Differential Probe is a 200 MHz probe with a division ratio of 10:1 and 100:1, AC and a circuit loading of 1 Mohm; 7 pF.
